Open Mesh End of Life Policy and Product Matrix FAQ

End of Sale Announcement (EOSA) – Open Mesh will give notice that it intends to discontinue sale of a product. The announcement will include an End-of-Sale date, which will typically be 3 months after the EOSA date.

End of Sale (EOS) - The expected date that Open Mesh will discontinue selling the product. The actual end of sale date may, at Open Mesh's discretion, be earlier than the announced date and will depend on the availability of stock. 

End of Life (EOL) - After this date, Open Mesh will not provide technical support services, including but not limited to software or firmware bug fixes or hardware repair services on the EOL product. There is currently no planned end of life for the CloudTrax network management and reporting platform.

Last Supported Firmware  – Once a product reaches End of Development (EOD), Open Mesh will identify the last compatible firmware version for that product.  Due to hardware limitations, Open Mesh cannot guarantee that future firmware and software releases will be compatible with EOD products.

Unsupported Firmware - The following firmware releases have reached end of support. No security patches, bug fixes or new features will be attempted for these releases. They are available to be used "as-is" only. Customers are encouraged to upgrade to the latest firmware releases to obtain bug fixes, features and support services.
